PG philosophy conference

2ND CALL FOR PAPERS
11TH ANNUAL BRITISH POSTGRADUATE PHILOSOPHY ASSOCIATION CONFERENCE (JULY
13TH-15TH 2007)


The School of Philosophy at the University of East Anglia calls for papers
for the 11th Annual British Postgraduate Philosophy Association (formerly
the National Postgraduate Analytic Philosophy Association) Conference at
UEA in Norwich from Friday 13 July to Sunday 15 July 2007. The Conference
is currently scheduled to showcase themes and techniques current in the
discourse of (particularly analytic) philosophy.

The conference invites paper submissions from graduate students in all
areas of philosophy.

Papers should be around 2,000 words and serve as the basis for an oral
presentation of no more than 30 minutes followed by 30 minutes of question
time. Author's name, address, school, and contact information (preferably
email address) must be provided on a separate coversheet. Each submission
should include an abstract suitable for printing on a programme.

The deadline for submissions is 20 April 2007. Selected presenters will be
notified as soon as possible thereafter so that accommodation can be
arranged through the University’s Conference Center.
